       2004年,阿泰包子品牌创始人江忠泰先生在北京市怀柔区创立了第一家包子铺,初期只是街面上一家不足100平米的小包子铺,创始人把食品安全、健康作为未来发展的坐标,始终力求高标准。开业后,生意异常火爆,迅速成为当地很有名气的一家包子铺,创始人带领团队不断完成各项数据,不断提升标准。

       2010年,阿泰包子在怀柔雁栖经济开发区自主征地,同时开展队伍组建和布点,经过1年的建设,属于阿泰人产业的核心体系全面建设完成,阿泰餐饮管理(北京)有限公司正式成立。生产基地严格按照国家食品标准执行,达到10万级净化标准。全面具备研发、品控、成品、半成品自主生产的能力,真正实现阿泰产业化发展的绝对控制。

       2012年,阿泰餐饮全面投产,以全新的阵容放开了京津冀三地的发展,生产基地建成前店总数不足40家,至今已发展至142家店面。阿泰品牌真正跃出水面,迅速建立发展、运营、品控、生产、培训、督导、研发、物流、企宣9大核心队伍。

       2016年,全面推出阿泰包子第5代新模式,厅前制作、开放自选,解决了餐饮业常见的招人难、技术难、创业难、产品难的痛点,赢得市场一片赞誉。阿泰包子也不断的学习和改良,形成了以包子为核心,融合南北风味菜品,涵盖早中晚三餐的中式快餐店,更健康、更安全、更便捷。

       2017年公司研发团队在对市场做出充分考察的情况下,推出“暖心自煮”锅,丰富晚餐品类,增加晚餐收益,全面增加店面流水,未来实现晚餐“无厨师”操作,降低成本,增强店面整体盈利能力。同时阿泰餐饮更加注重产品品质,全力主推直营店,在为公司创造更大利润的同时,将品质和服务日臻完善。
